Yesterday, our team had the opportunity to attend Business Growth Unlocked, a two-day event held from 19th to 20th August 2025 at PMW HQ in Glasgow. The programme was designed to explore strategies for sustainable business growth, with sessions running from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and doors opening at 9:30 AM for registration.

For us, as a growing construction company, this was both an inspiring and insightful experience. We had the chance to learn more about the areas we need to develop within our company and gained fresh knowledge on effective marketing strategies that will support our growth. The event also gave us the opportunity to do extensive networking with various entrepreneurs, and we were delighted to connect with several people from our own field as well.

The atmosphere was engaging throughout, with the organisers providing breakfast and lunch that created a relaxed environment for meaningful conversations. Meeting people from a variety of cultural backgrounds was another highlight, as it not only broadened our perspectives but also encouraged us to think more about how we build and strengthen our own company culture. Since the event took place in Glasgow, it also allowed us to expand our professional network in the city, which we see as an exciting step forward in building long-term connections.
