Aswathaman has a master’s degree in construction project management and practical and hands-on experience delivering technically complex projects on construction sites across the UK.

He brings specialist expertise in setting out, structural coordination, reinforcement detailing, and quality control—ensuring full alignment with CDM regulations.

Sarath Pakedery Mohandas

Sarath is an accomplished architectural designer and construction management professional with practical experience delivering high-quality, design-driven projects across the UK and India. He combines creative design sensibility with a structured approach to project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and contract planning.

Puneet Shankar Matroji

Puneet holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and is currently completing an industrial placement with MVR Rivermount Construction Ltd. His academic training and hands-on involvement in live UK construction projects equip him with a solid foundation across structural design, site coordination, and contract documentation.
