This project involved a complete renovation of a residential property in EH11, where the client planned to rent the house but wanted to refresh and modernise it beforehand. The main objective was to redecorate the kitchen and bathroom enhancing both functionality and aesthetics within a tight budget and timeframe.
Our team carried out the full removal of the existing flooring and floorboards in both the kitchen and bathroom, installing new substrates and vinyl sheet flooring for a clean, durable, and cost-effective finish. The kitchen was redesigned with a new worktop, sink, and updated fittings, while the bathroom was fully upgraded with a modern bathtub, toilet, and basin unit.
One of the main challenges was sourcing high-quality materials at an affordable price, as the client aimed to balance cost efficiency with a modern look suitable for rental. We collaborated closely with multiple local suppliers to secure sustainable, durable materials within the client’s budget and ensured timely delivery.
Despite a tight one-week schedule, our team managed to plan, procure, and execute the works efficiently. The project was completed on time, achieving a bright, modern interior that met the client’s expectations perfectly.
